Just before Memorial Day 2017, the New Jersey Jewish Standard published an article about Captain Ben L. Salomon. You may recall that AFDVI honored Captain Salomon at an event in November 2016. AFDVI President, Dr. Scott Dubowsky wrote the author, Nate Bloom, to thank him for telling the story of this American hero who posthumously received the Congressional Medal of Honor. He also took the opportunity to tell Mr. Bloom a little bit about how he became involved with AFDVI and the DVI Clinic.
